Raúl Fernando Pérez Lira (Chihuahua, México, 1991) is a photographer and writer covering topics related with human rights violations and environmental issues, such as internal forced displacement and forced disappearance.

 

He's currently part of Raíchali, an independent journalism project based in Chihuahua that is part of the Periodistas de a Pie Media Alliance. His work has also been published in Proceso, OpenDemocracy, Cuartoscuro, Reuters, TeleSUR and other national and international media.
